Competition Program
The Competition Program is designed for the more serious dancer.
Ages 4 1/2 - 6: 2 mandatory Dance Days or 4 hours of classes per week
Ages 7 - 9: 4 mandatory Dance Days or 8 hours of classes per week
Ages 10 - older: 4 mandatory Dance Days or 10 hours of classes per week
- Must attend all scheduled rehearsals. Extra rehearsal time might be needed before the 1st competition.
- Must attend the Summer Dance Program and 3 - 4 mandatory Master Classes scheduled per year.
- Purchasing a costume for each Competitive Dance Routine along with all mandatory accessories (bun covers, rhinestones, eyelashes, etc).
- Purchasing Lisa Mennilli Dance Academy Team Wear: jacket, pants, dance bag, cover up with the Lisa Mennilli Dance Academy logo.
- A parent must attend 3 - 4 meetings before the 1st February Competition
- Must commit to 4 - 5 mandatory competitions - and a choice of 2 optionals. Summer lessons are offered to the pre-competitive student who would like to train to become a competitive student.
